When we opened the doors in February of 2012, our goal was simple: establish a great local neighborhood pizza joint with the best food and service around. There aren't many locally owned and operated pizzerias anymore and our team is proud to be one. A responsibility we take seriously, our team strives to go the extra mile and provide a great product and friendly atmosphere that is far beyond any of our competitors.
We may not have invented pizza but we've certainly taken steps to perfect it.
Each day, we make our pizza dough from scratch here in the restaurant. All of the components are carefully measured out and combined at the exact right temperature before we even get going.
An Italian-style pizza sauce blend you won't find anywhere else, our tomatoes are never condensed and are tenderly plucked from the plant at the precise moment of ripeness.
We use Grande best - the top of the line. It was created by experts for those who refuse to compromise. Made with he most exacting Old World standards and combined with the efficiency of modern science, there simply isn't a better pizza cheese out there.
We add locally purchased, ripe vegetables that are hand-cut every day and use only the finest, premium quality meats when preparing our pizza.
